Refund & Returns Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your AIRiWEAR purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your device for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. We will provide a free return shipping label for unopened packages. For opened packages and/or devices that have been worn, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping but will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the device if returned within 30 days.

Our 1-Year limited warranty covers any instance of manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship. If an AIRiWEAR device fails within one year by no fault of the user, we will issue a replacement device at no cost.
